Downtown San Diego especially the eight new neighborhood
developments offer a unique quality of life and convenience that is
unprecedented anywhere. Living in Downtown San Diego makes life as well as
it can get anywhere. This is a city of beautifully tanned people, 365 days
of sunshine, warm and balmy temperatures, and miles of snow-white beaches.
Over 14 million visitors descend upon this Pacific Paradise every year. As
the second largest City in California, the City of San Diego is a modern,
well-planned, clean metropolis, and a very popular year-round resort, with
thousands of tourists.
The Eight Major Neighborhoods of Downtown San Diego Real Estate are: The
Colombia District, The Core District, Cortez Hill, East Village, The Gas
Lamp Quarter, Horton Plaza, Little Italy District, The Marina District.
Downtown San Diego is a tourist magnet, and, next to Las Vegas, the City of
San Diego has the highest hotel occupancy rate in the United States, bar
none. The only tourism problem that exists right now is that there are not a
sufficient number of hotel rooms to accommodate the masses of tourists who

blend of food, fun and culture all within one of San Diego's most historic
areas. Along with the family fun, for those that like gaming will find
numerous casinos within close driving distance from Downtown San Diego. In
North County on highway76 you will find Pala Casino Spa Resort, Pauma, and
in Valley View there are two casino Valley View and believe it not San Diego
has its own Harrah’s Casino and Resort. Going east of downtown off of
Highway 8 there are Casinos.
